Every lifestyle has a unique blueprint.

Here’s mine.

General Contractor Working On-Site

How long I’ve been swinging the hammer.

Being the son of a carpenter and tradesman, I basically grew up in the “trades”.
Classic craftsmanship, keen attention to detail, and taking great pride in my work are foundational to how I was brought up.

At age 12, I worked my first job site, learning from and working alongside seasoned tradesmen.

Back then, tools were my toys.

Just out of high school, I was laying tile and installing granite countertops. Before long, I became a shop foreman at the age of 19.

Over the decades, I’ve developed the expertise needed to build custom spaces done right, starting from the studs and ending with the beautiful finishing touches.

Although LifeStyle Built was LLC’d in 2022, the roots of the business started way back when.

My Approach to People & Business

(In that order)

I believe the cornerstones of business are relationships and reputation.

People come first, and building lasting rapport requires mutual respect, honesty, and authenticity. Those are the qualities that I consistently treat my vendors, clients, and their homes with.

To me, these aren’t “construction sites”. They carry more significance than that...

I’m crafting a home.

Each project is an opportunity to build a long-lasting professional relationship.

So, when someone asks you for any contractor recommendations, you can say without hesitation…

“Yeah, I got a guy.”

Why did I become a custom builder?

In 2012, I landed a job at Boeing doing fine detail work on airplane interiors.
At first, I thought “Yeah buddy, I’ve made it…”.

I clocked in and clocked out. Did good work, and was on my way to making good money. But after two years, I grew unfulfilled by endless repetitive tasks. I couldn’t shake the thought of crafting one-of-a-kind projects.

I put in my two weeks shortly after that.

Since choosing to become a custom builder, I get excited to throw on my work boots. The projects I undertake now are engaging and I’m fulfilled. Plus, no two are exactly alike, which makes them truly one-of-a-kind.

I get to craft exceptional spaces that clients and their families can enjoy for years to come.

How rad is that?!

You can find me outdoors — usually on a mountainside somewhere.

On my mountain bike or skis all over the PNW!
